I want to talk about this new website called This Entrepreneurial Life, at ThisEntrepreneurialLife.com. This website is owned by Adrian Miller, who is the owner and leader of the New York-based networking group called Adrian’s Network. Adrian’s Network serves all over the United States, but mainly headquartered in Long Island and NY City.
This is an interesting website, it has articles that are written by small and medium-sized business owners and entrepreneurs of all types of ventures. The purpose of this website is to offer business advice to anyone regardless of genre, field or industry. These articles are not geared toward anyone’s business. The articles pertain to owners of any business in any field or size. What is interesting is if you focus on what the title of this blog is, This Entrepreneurial Life, it has articles on time management, marketing, social media, finance, accounting, and also meeting other entrepreneurs. All of the authors are members of Adrian’s Network, but in the future, I can see this expanding to contributors outside of the group.
This articles at this moment will remain as a magazine website, However, in the future Adrian Miller will be compiling these articles into a full-length book that anybody can purchase for advice on how to run their business.
I actually feel blessed, because originally Adrian put out an email blast to the members of Adrian’s Network who design websites to build the website. My company Hot Web Ideas was selected. I’m very grateful to Adrian for selecting me, because she could have hired any of my friends who also design websites. Also, from building the website, I was in a very fortunate position to write the articles before release and also was lucky enough to read the articles that submitted before the general public. The advice from the authors is amazing.
Some of my favorite articles on that website (the ones I didn’t write) are From Free to Fee by Laura Allen, The Pitch Girl as well as other articles written by Sean O’Rourke, and Steve Kent, and Laura Lieff. These business owners were generous enough to share their knowledge, advice, and experience with everybody else. I’m also very happy with the articles I wrote. Which are titled “How to find your mastermind group”, and “The Secret To Creating More Time For Your Business”. Authors are allowed to submit two articles each month. For people who love to write blogs and books, this website contains a good amount of information with a wealth of advice, so I recommend this website to anybody. If you read the articles now, you won’t have to buy the book later although I am sure it is appreciated to purchase the book to show the authors that you care. I suggest definitely visiting this website, start reading the articles, and if one of them helps you with your business, then it has done its job.
